Laura Lindberg

Executive Director, LPN – Laura a Licensed Practical Nurse joined our Parkland Village Team in July of 2016 as the Assistant Wellness Director. In January 2017, Laura decided to let her passion for senior living shine by accepting the Role as Parkland Villages New Executive Director. Laura comes to our community with years of experience. Laura has lived in McMinnville Oregon for 30 years working as a CNA, Medication Technician and ran a Foster Care Home for 10 years. Laura is married, has 3 children and 7 Grandchildren. Laura is a seamstress and enjoys making theatrical costumes.

Life Enrichment Director – Cindy was born and raised in Alaska where she volunteered at the local hospital and owned her own craft shop, but has made Oregon her home for the last ten years. Cindy has spent twelve years working with children in the school system. Eight of those years were spent with special needs children. She enjoys doing all forms of art and has taught classes to young and elderly through the Parks & Rec department and with retirement communities for many years. She loves to share the gift of art with others and watch how it energizes and inspires them.
Cindy also loves hosting parties, playing games, and has a passion for clogging.

Business Office Manager – Oksana’s career has focused on helping people. Her Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Nutrition provided opportunities to work in a variety of health care settings. Oksana has worked as an Assistant Food Service Manager in retirement facilities and in various hospitals as a Clinical Nutrition Services Assistant. Before coming to Parkland Oksana had the privilege of working as a weight-loss counselor helping many people reach personal goals and develop life-changing habits. Oksana enjoys encouraging and motivating others. One of the ways Oksana has helped people is volunteering at a local food bank in her spare time. During Oksana’s off time she enjoys the outdoors and to taking long walks on the beach.

Marie Jennings

Community Relations Director – Marie began her career with Parkland Village just before Thanksgiving 2017. She joined the team with over two decades of executive leadership experience in the nonprofit sector. Marie has a passion for working with families to ensure that every older person experiences the strength, purpose, and belonging that are due to them. Bringing that passion to her work at Parkland has been a very joyful and rewarding experience. Marie graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Oregon State University. She and her husband met at OSU in persuasive speech class. After more than twenty years together they are still discussing who is more persuasive! Currently they are empty nesters with their only child off to college.

Anita Patten

Wellness Director – Anita began her career in healthcare as a young teen taking care of her ailing grandmother. This catapulted her to a long career in health care. In 1990 she became a CNA while still in high school and worked in long term care and hospitals until she decided to go back to school in 2010 to get her nursing degree. In 2012 she graduated from UBATC in rural Utah and began to work as a nurse with an internal medicine practice. In 2013 she moved from rural Utah to McMinnville, Oregon and made it her home. Staying true to passion for geriatrics and honoring the experience of caring for her grandmother, Anita went back to work in senior living and has been there ever since.

Anita enjoys taking care of seniors and feels that it is her mission to enrich their lives in any way she can. One way she accomplishes this is through music. Anita is a vocalist and loves singing to Parkland’s residents. She also performs for special occasions and at church. Anita has a zest for life and loves to laugh and bring joy to those she meets. She is the mother of 2 boys who keep her busy.

Beverly Kibble

Resident Services Director – Beverly began her career at Parkland Village in 2015 as a caregiver. Her passion for enhancing the lives of others was fueled by her experiences as a stay-at-home mother and care giver to family members. Her compassion for Parkland’s residents, coupled with her tireless work ethic, earned her a promotion to Medication Assistant. In this elevated role, Beverly shined as a natural leader and showed off her strong organizational skills. In the fall of 2017 Beverly was promoted yet again and assumed a management position serving as Parkland’s Resident Services Director. Bev manages Parkland’s care team. In coordination with the Wellness Director, Bev ensures that all of Parkland’s residents experience the highest level of satisfaction with their medical care on a daily basis.

Beverly enjoys spending time at the beach, as well as watching her children and husband race dirt bikes.

Eric Rodney

Plant Operations Director – Eric was raised in Yamhill County and graduated from Sheridan High School. He enlisted in the Army and spent 10 years serving our country. Upon discharge, Eric studied to become a medical assistant and spent several years working as a care provider in a senior living community. In addition, he was also employed as a handy man in order to augment his family’s income. He is the proud father of 2 beautiful young ladies and 2 step sons. His work at Parkland fuels both of his passions; caring for seniors and working with his hands.
